About Your New Job as a client partner sales rep

• You will be responsible for achieving sales revenue targets for both existing and new business/ clients/ acounts
• You will be meeting with clients face-to-face (field-sales), building out your own desk of clients and selling a service (training for HR and Sales)
• As the client partner, you will be managing the client after the sale – account management
• You will follow up with sales leads, identifying opportunities to develop effective partnerships with clients and closes sales
• You will proactively identify and generate new lead opportunities and prospects across the Leinster region covering industries like technology, pharmaceuticals.

What skills you need for this sales job

• 5+ years’ experience within the HR Training field is preferred
• Ideally B2B Sales experience or Sales experience in a training industry
• Ability to influence and work with senior decision makers in major corporations with the confidence to present at board level
• Essential competencies selling and negotiating, influencing and impact, achievement drive and customer focus.
