Job description

Claims Handler - Vendor Management - Dublin - Hybrid - 45k

My client is the largest Irish insurance Company who has been in business for over 50 years and has over 500,000 loyal customers

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Complying with relevant regulatory requirements, e.g. Consumer Protection Code and Data
  • Protection legislation and liaising with the FBD Compliance Function and FBD Data Protection Function as required;
  • Ensuring contracts are in place with each provider, or agreement with Head of Procurement

& Outsourcing Governance if contracts are not required in specific circumstances;

  • Monitoring service levels and ensure management and delivery of key performance indicators. This includes owning the periodic business review meetings with service providers;
  • Conducting regular quality assurance reviews of claims handling by third parties;

Requirements:

  • Experience with Vendor Management
