Business Services Administrator

Main duties:

  • The job will involve contacting existing customer base to update internal database.
  • You will be responsible for documenting and recording all information through CRM system and MS excel.
  • Support the business development sales team
  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times
  • You will complete daily / weekly reports on all activity

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years customer service experience administration with a good knowledge of MS Office applications.
