About Your New Job as a Business Development Manager
- Understand your customers’ needs and act as a trusted advisor to ensure they are receiving the best courses.
- Manage and grow a pipeline of existing business.
- Develop relationships with new customers at C-Level.
- Manage and monitor your accounts to ensure they grow year on year.
What Skills You Need as a Business Development Manager
- 5+ years in a similar role.
- Experience selling L&D courses to C-Level customers in Ireland.
- Permanent working rights to work in Ireland.
