About Your New Employer:

Our client is a well-established commercial financial services company. This company focuses within the commercial funding industry. They are looking for you as their new Business Development Manager in Munster. If you’re experienced in business retention and business development particularly in the residential development industry, then this is your new opportunity!

About Your New Job – Your job duties:

• Build strong, loyal relationships with multiple stakeholders while identifying new business opportunities and potential customers
• Represent the company at all times including attending events
• Support marketing strategies
• Involvement in new product development, providing market feedback
• Liaise with various team members and departments in line with company goals

What Skills You Need:

• 3^rd level degree preferably within finance/economics or similar
• Minimum 3 years previous experience within residential funding/finance
• Excellent market knowledge and ability to adapt to market changes
• Strong communication, networking and client relations
• Ability to forecast potential risk, risk prevention and market challenges
• Understand finance models, lending and review data
• Confident self-starter with ability to work independently and in a team
• Full driver’s licence
