My client, a leading Financial Services Consultancy are seeking to hire multiple Business Analysts to support a leading Banking client across different change programmes they are currently undertaking.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement gathering, elicitation, solution design and business readiness.
- Soft focus on implementing Standards of Practice for BA role and associated tasks.
- Have the ability to understand current and upcoming regulations and how they may effect the organisation.
Requirements for the role
- At least two year's Business Analysis experience within the Financial services industry.
- operations knowledge across Financial Services ideally Banking
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent time management with ability to multitask and arrange priorities under pressure.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing needs of the business.
