About Your New Job
Lead bid management: As the Bid Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire bid process, from initial enquiry through to submission.
Develop winning strategies: You will work closely with the project teams to develop compelling and competitive bid strategies.
Client engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the bidding process.
What Skills You Need
Proven experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in bid management within the Irish Construction sector, not necessarily Civils but it'd be a bonus!
Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present bid proposals.
Attention to detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in preparing bid documents and proposals.
