About Your New Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects assigned to you, providing updates on progress, status, and risks
- Set up subcontractor-specific templates and trackers
- Hold workshops with subcontractors
- Review material submittals for BCaR compliance
- Attend meetings with key stakeholders
Additional Duties:
- Track benchmark inspections and distribute feedback
- Request and chase subcontractor inspections
- Undertake site inspections regularly
- Request and collate BCaR/Handover checklists
- Provide regular updates to the BCaR Manager, Project Manager, and Project Director
What Skills You Need
- Undergraduate degree / Degree-level education preferable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Experience in, or exposure to, working on a BCaR project
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Professionalism, as this is a client-facing role
