About Your New Job

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects assigned to you, providing updates on progress, status, and risks
  • Set up subcontractor-specific templates and trackers
  • Hold workshops with subcontractors
  • Review material submittals for BCaR compliance
  • Attend meetings with key stakeholders

• Additional Duties:

  • Track benchmark inspections and distribute feedback
  • Request and chase subcontractor inspections
  • Undertake site inspections regularly
  • Request and collate BCaR/Handover checklists
  • Provide regular updates to the BCaR Manager, Project Manager, and Project Director

What Skills You Need

• Undergraduate degree / Degree-level education preferable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
• Experience in, or exposure to, working on a BCaR project
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Professionalism, as this is a client-facing role
