Associate Director Aviation Finance                        c€120,000

Responsibilities:

• Form part of the local senior management team with responsibility for the build out and growth of the aviation leasing service proposition
• Undertake business development activities to generate new business both individually and in coordination with the other parts of the business
• Work strategically with the firm to support client and business development activities ensuring a cohesive and coordinated approach to RfPs, client onboarding and transaction execution
• Act as a Director to client entities engaged in aviation leasing transactions, and the senior point of contact for the company in the aviation market
• Initial responsibility for the review of transaction documents and be actively involved in the management of securitisation transactions, attending to the obligations of the SPVs and monitoring implementing on-going obligations

Requirements:

• Qualified ACA/ACCA
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in the corporate services industry or aviation leasing market, Knowledge of asset finance transactions 
• Demonstratable ability to grow, and mange scalable teams across disciplines
• Excellent academic background and considerable practical experience, particularly with Managing Agent mandates
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent understanding of the Aviation Leasing market in Ireland
