About Your New Job
- Team Leadership: As the Associate Director, you will guide the Audit & Accounts team, ensuring high standards and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary contact for a diverse client portfolio, fostering and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Audit & Compliance: Supervise and review statutory audits and financial statements, ensuring adherence to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
- Strategic Growth: Work with Directors to develop and implement strategic goals, contribute to business development, and drive commercial success.
- Innovation: Implement digital solutions to enhance team efficiency and client service.
What Skills You Need
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Extensive post-qualification experience in audit, accounts, and client management
- Proven track record in leading teams and managing complex audits
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards
- Commercially savvy with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with cloud-based platforms and digital tools
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
- A natural leader passionate about developing others and driving business success
