About Your New Employer:

About Your New Job:

  • Weekly governance meetings are conducted, actions taken, and data provided with the client
  • Collaborate closely with the GSM, HR Manager, and Account Manager to create a site support, coaching, and  information structure to make sure that everyone on the teamreceives the necessary amount of training and  mentorship.
  • Provide monthly KPI results for governance meetings by collaborating closely with GSM.
  • Produce costings and bring them to the GSM for consideration after evaluating recommendations for an expanded scope of work with the help of the service line managers.
  • Examine ongoing innovation and improvement across all service lines while connecting with the appropriate  managers to find opportunities.

What Skills You Need:

  • You must have expertise managing a management team across one or more sites to deliver soft and technical services, be effective at managing relationships at all levels, and have a track record of successfully overseeing a group of motivated employees.
