My client, a reputable financial services company is seeking a Assistant Fund Accountant Manager for their central Dublin office (Hybrid-2 days in the office and 3 days remote). 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review due diligence on all new direct loans and alternative investments.
  • Review investee allocations, limited partnership agreements and capital account statements.
  • Review and process capital call and distribution notices.
    Review/prepare the reconciliation of the daily NAVs
  • Manage the year end direct equity valuation process
    Participate in the continuous development and enhancement of workflows
  • Train, coach and mentor more junior team members.

Requirements for the role:

  • At least 5 years experience in Fund Accounting, in Private Equity or Hedge funds
  • Third level qualification in Finance or Accounting (or related field)
  • Experience in training and supervising fund accountants

Preferable:

  • ACCA Qualification
