My client, a reputable financial services company is seeking a Assistant Fund Accountant Manager for their central Dublin office (Hybrid-2 days in the office and 3 days remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Review due diligence on all new direct loans and alternative investments.
- Review investee allocations, limited partnership agreements and capital account statements.
- Review and process capital call and distribution notices.
Review/prepare the reconciliation of the daily NAVs - Manage the year end direct equity valuation process
Participate in the continuous development and enhancement of workflows - Train, coach and mentor more junior team members.
Requirements for the role:
- At least 5 years experience in Fund Accounting, in Private Equity or Hedge funds
- Third level qualification in Finance or Accounting (or related field)
- Experience in training and supervising fund accountants
Preferable:
- ACCA Qualification
