Assistant Accountant role with an Irish multinational based in inner South Dublin (hybrid working).
About Your New Job
- Reviewing, verifying, and processing invoices from our Business Partners
- Setting up new Business Partner accounts on the ERP and verifying bank details
- Performing Business Partner account reconciliations
- Dealing with Business Partner queries
- Recording and allocating incoming and outgoing payments
- Preparation of multi-currency bank reconciliations
- Master data Maintenance
- Assistance with the monthly / bimonthly payment run
- Preparing and processing of weekly/monthly Payroll
- GL Accounting duties as required
What You Need
- 3+ years of accounts experience.
- Unrestricted work rights in Ireland (sponsorship not on offer).
