About Your New Job
You'll join an expert team of Assigned Certifiers, work on a variety of projects, and call your home your office when not on site. Keen to meet subject matter experts across tender preparation and procedures, proposal preparation and site inspections, you will design, inspect and certify your projects from conception through to delivery.
Engaging with the senior leadership team and managing on-site contractors, your building regulation and building control process experience will make you a strong candidate for this role.
What Skills You Need
- Previous experience in an Assigned Certifier, BCAR or Building Surveying role
- Education in a relevant engineering field
- Chartered or Registered, or on the path towards it
- Strong understanding of construction plans and drawings
- Exceptional team management and communication skills
- Previous experience within building consulting will be considered a strong asset
- Excellent communication skills, you have experience engaging with design teams, clients and contractors
