About Your New Job
They are seeking a dynamic Architectural Technologist to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional who is eager to contribute to the successful delivery of a diverse range of exciting and high-profile projects.
As a key member of the team, you will work closely with architects and designers to develop technical drawings, specifications, and details, ensuring the design vision is achieved from concept to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed and accurate technical drawings and documentation for construction and planning applications.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure projects meet technical requirements and specifications.
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of projects across all stages, from initial design through to construction and completion.
- Provide support in preparing presentations, reports, and technical specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest building regulations, codes, and technologies.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to monitor progress and resolve any on-site technical issues.
What Skills You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology/similar
- Excellent knowledge of building regulations, construction detailing, and the planning process.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in managing multiple projects with varying complexities.
- A passion for sustainable design and innovative architecture.
