About Your New Employer:
Our world renowned hospitality client is looking for you to join their team in Cork on a hybrid basis as their new Arabic Accounts Assistant. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Arabic - spoken and written proficiencies in both languages. This role would be ideal if you have a background in administration/office experience.
About Your New Job :
• Liaise with various departments regarding outstanding fees and payments
• Ensure all record keeping is continuously up to date and accurate
• Assist with all outstanding payment processes and refunds
• Communicate with a variety of multinational finance companies in relation to credit card authorization
• Provide support and advice to clients regarding any payment related issues
• Co-ordinate payments and maintenance fees with proprietors
What Skills You Need:
• Fluency in English & Arabic
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Great client relationship building skills
• Experience in Administration
