Job Opportunity: Application Security Architect
We’re looking for an experienced Application Security Architect to join a dynamic cybersecurity team and help drive robust security practices across enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead application security architecture for web, API, and enterprise applications.
- Support secure software development practices, including static/dynamic testing, threat modeling, and penetration testing.
- Provide technical expertise in cloud architectures (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and hybrid environments.
- Design and implement security strategies to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect customer data.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and architecture teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
- Drive DevSecOps practices, CI/CD automation, and secure code reviews.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in software architecture, application security, or related fields.
- Hands-on expertise in security testing tools (SAST, DAST, SCA, etc.) and threat mitigation strategies.
- Deep understanding of secure coding, OWASP Top-10, and common code vulnerabilities (e.g., XSS, SQL Injection).
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) and build tools (Maven, Gradle).
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Agile mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
