Hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm
Salary: €32,000 - €36,000 DOE

About the Job:
They are seeking a detail oriented and organised Quality Administrator to join the team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and improving quality management systems, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities of the Job:
- Maintain, update and log quality documentation, records, and reports
- Support internal audits and compliance activities
- Monitor quality metrics and prepare reports for management as well as generate KPIS, minutes, reports for meetings.
- Assist in investigating quality issues, manage complaints and escalations and implement corrective actions
- Ensure processes align with company standards and industry regulations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across departments
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure quality requirements are understood and met
Requirements of the job:
- Previous experience in an administrative or quality related role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with quality management systems (e.g. ISO standards) is an advantage
