Job title:  Quality Administrator

Location: D11, Office Based:  

Hours:  9.00am - 5.30pm  

Salary: €32,000 - €36,000 DOE

About the Job: 

They are seeking a detail oriented and organised Quality Administrator to join the team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and improving  quality management systems, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities of the Job:

  • Maintain, update and log quality documentation, records, and reports
  • Support internal audits and compliance activities
  • Monitor quality metrics and prepare reports for management as well as generate KPIS, minutes, reports for meetings. 
  • Assist in investigating quality issues, manage complaints and escalations and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure processes align with company standards and industry regulations
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across departments
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure quality requirements are understood and met

Requirements of the job:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or quality related role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with quality management systems (e.g. ISO standards) is an advantage
