Our client is tasked with providing the regulation of Approved Housing Bodies (AHBs) for the purpose of supporting stronger governance and the financial viability of the AHB sector, with a particular focus on safeguarding the significant public investment being made in the delivery of social housing by AHBs.
Our client aims to provide assurances to investors, tenants, the government and to the AHB sector itself that social housing providers operate in a well-regulated and stable environment.

As a regulatory Administrator you will work as part of a team, supporting managers and colleagues to meet our client's goals and objectives.

• Ensure high levels of customer service, responding to queries and requests for information.
• Manage the receipt of applications, submissions, queries, complaints, and other communications.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, queries, and associated documentation.
• General administrative support to include procurement support, data analysis, minute taking and file management
• Assist with the development and update of templates and guidance documents.
• Any other duties as directed from time to time.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Candidates must meet the following essential requirements prior to their appointment:
• 12 months relevant administrative experience.
Candidates must have unconditional authorisation to live and work in Ireland.
