About Your New Job

  • Processing transactions, invoices and payments
  • Manage subcontractors insurances, agreements and other related documents
  • Maintain training records
  • Working on administration tasks
  • Schedule maintenance on vehicles and tools
  • Ordering office supplies and materials
  • Maintain and administrator HR and Health and Safety records
  • Document management
  • Maintain workers timesheets
  • Maintain the status of accounts
  • Liaise with customers on the phone and email
  • General administration and office duties

What Skills You Need

  • Analytical skills with good attention to detail.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Customer focused team player with strong leadership skills
  • Highly organised & flexible with effective time management skills.

What’s on Offer

  • Salary up to €34,000 per annum DOE
  • Full-time
  • Permanent
