Our client are a family run business looking to hire an office administrator.

About your New Job

  • Processing sales orders & invoices.
  • Uploading stock to internal system, maintaining supplier price lists.
  • Arranging for collections & deliveries.
  • Answering calls, distributing emails & post to staff.
  • Carry out stock takes.
  • General ad hoc office duties also include stationery ordering, filing, assisting visitors.

What Skills You Need

  • 1-2 years in an administrative environment.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Strong IT skills.

What’s on Offer?

  • Permanent job.
  • Monday – Friday.
  • 9 – 5:30 (1 hour lunch)
