Our client are a family run business looking to hire an office administrator.
About your New Job
- Processing sales orders & invoices.
- Uploading stock to internal system, maintaining supplier price lists.
- Arranging for collections & deliveries.
- Answering calls, distributing emails & post to staff.
- Carry out stock takes.
- General ad hoc office duties also include stationery ordering, filing, assisting visitors.
What Skills You Need
- 1-2 years in an administrative environment.
- Customer service experience.
- Strong IT skills.
