About Your New Employer:

Our Client is Ireland’s largest non-bank lender, specialising in Motor Finance, SME Leasing, Agri Finance, Residential and Commercial Mortgages. 

About Your New Job:

General Administration:

  • Responding to customer queries and correspondences (phone, mail, post, website), including the sourcing of bank statements, interest certificates, and other customer requests
  • Carrying out varied administrative tasks and any other duties as needed.
  • Ensuring that all procedures are kept up to date and identifying any process improvements.

Sales Team Support:

  • Co-ordinate business development meetings, including farm visits and other customer meetings, plus meetings with accountants, coop representatives and others.
  • Preparing customer communications at the various stages of the loan application to loan drawdown process, whether letter, email, or DocuSign.

Deal Flow Management:

  • Managing a pipeline of loan applications, approvals, deferrals and declines in line with Central Bank Regulations and our clients procedures.
  • Tracking and reporting on the progress of applications through the various stages of the loan application to drawdown process.
  • Communicating with accountants and other intermediaries in a professional manner to obtain required documentation.
  • Proactively monitoring loans for drawdown, including the sourcing and approval of conditions precedents and other loan pay out checklist items.

Loan Portfolio Management:

  • Participating in the arrears management process for customers, in line with Central Bank Regulations and Finance Ireland policy.
  • Coordinating the flow of information required for the customer annual review process.
  • Gathering, clarifying, and documenting management information.
  • Creating and supporting all information logs.

Who You Are:

  • 3-5 years of sales support administrative experience is essential, ideally in a financial services environment
  • Holds a minimum of an APA and committed to pursuing a QFA
  • Previous use of a loan management system is an advantage
  • Good MS Excel skills
