Our client a leading transport service in Dublin is looking for an amazing administrator to join their growing team based in Dublin 12.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and attention to detail skills as well as previous experience in a fast-paced environment


Salary: €29,500

Location: Ballymount, Dublin 12

Role Type: 6-month Fixed Term Contract – Potential for extension



  • Act as a point of contact for queries including liaising with internal and external clients and candidates daily
  • Managing and advertising adverts on internal and external job boards as well as aiding in the screening process
  • Managing all correspondences and respond in a timely manner
  • Set up and confirm meetings and interviews with candidates as well as confirming with managers, updating diaries and booking rooms when required
  • Work alongside the department and other teams  to ensure a seamless transition in each  stage of the process
  • Assist with Ad hoc duties when needed


Skills needed:

  • 2 years of administrative experience
  • Previous experience dealing with candidates and interview process
  • Proficiency in MS office and computer literacy
