Our client, a Cork based Multinational, are looking for an AP Specialist to join their team in Cork. This is a full time permanent position with excellent package and benefits.

Main duties:

• Processing of Accounts Payable invoices
• Work to enhance automation processes across the Accounts Payable function
• Processing of employee expense reports in line with global T&E policy.
• Regular communication with internal stakeholders to facilitate timely payment of invoices.
• Support monthly close process through bank & fixed asset reconciliations.

Experience:

• Previous experience working within an Accounts Payable function
• Accounting experience in International regions advantageous
• MS Excel Skills is required
• Experience of Oracle E-Business ERP system is preferred
