• _{Process and match purchase order invoices for multi-currency, multi-entity environments}
• _{Process of non-purchase order invoices for multi-currency, multi-entity environments}
• _{Accurate processing of withholding tax and value-added tax relating to invoices}
• _{Invoice query resolution and management}
• _{Maintain country-specific cheat sheets}
• _{Identify problem areas in the process working with the wider Purchase-to-Pay (PTP) team to resolve, as directed by manager}
• _{Work together as a team in times of holiday leave, sick leave, spikes in volumes and as directed by manager}
• _{Daily scanning of invoices and related sorting activity}
• _{Daily clearing of AP invoices mailbox and related sorting activity}
• _{Document storage and repatriation}
• _{Troubleshooting and interaction with IT on system queries}
• _{Provide support for user approval testing as required}
• _{Preparation of month end AP accruals}
• _{Preparation of month-end AP reconciliations}
