Accounts Assistant & Office Admin – Full Time – South Dublin

An Irish company who are based in South Dublin are currently recruiting for a new Accounts Assistant / Office Admin on a full-time basis.

About your new employer

About your new job:

  • Managing the accounts payable and receivable process
  • Monthly invoicing and credit control for any outstanding payments
  • Preparation of Vat returns
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Monthly payroll
  • Adhoc admin duties as they arrive.

What skills you need:

  • 2-3 years Accounts Assistants experience
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills

 What’s on offer:

  • Salary up to €35,000 + bonus and pension
  • Permanent full time position
  • Office based
