About Your New Job

·         You will be reporting directly to the Financial Controller

·         You will be processing Supplier Invoices on our Financial Package

·         You will be reconciling Supplier accounts

·         You will be dealing with PO requestors

·         You will be following up on Credit Request Transactions with Suppliers

·         You will be required to perform Ad Hoc Excel Financial projects.

·         You will be performing general office and admin duties including answering the phone, filing, scanning, photocopying etc. etc.

·         You will be dealing with both Internal & External queries.

·         Leave cover and other Ad-hoc duties as required.

What Skills You Need

·         An Accounting Technician or similar qualification would be desirable.

·         Industry experience is required but relevant work experience would be desirable.

·         A good working knowledge of Excel is required.

·         Strong communication skills

·         Training will be provided on our Financial package

·         You will be energetic and will have strong interpersonal skills and should also be able to show own initiative at work and be self-motivated with a good work ethic.
