Due to business growth my highly successful client has an immediate requirement for an Accounts Executive.

Main duties

  • Daily processing of supplier invoices
  • Responding to all internal and external queries in a timely manner
  • Managing supplier accounts and answering supplier queries
  • Manage the accounts payable inbox
  • Creditors Reconciliation
  • Creating monthly client invoice

Experience

  • Min 3 years exp in a similar role.
  • Accounting Technician qualification
  • Ideally coming from an SME environment.
  • Experience with MS office, and PIVOT Tables
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Possess excellent administration skills and good attention to detail
