Accounts Assistant role with a growing Irish business, Dublin City Centre (Hybrid Working).
About Your New Job
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including recording transactions, categorizing expenses, and reconciling bank statements.
- Assist in processing invoices, payments, and receipts. Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and filings. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines
- Provide support to payroll department as required.
- Interact with clients professionally and efficiently. Address inquiries and provide assistance with financial matters as needed.
- Assist with various administrative duties, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining a well organized work environment.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence
- Directed by and report able to Senior Production Manager
- Willingness to learn and can adapt to changes
What You Need
- 2-3 years experience in similar .
- Process improvement and systems knowledge.
- Unrestricted work rights in Ireland (sponsorship not on offer).
