Job description

My client are seeking to fill the role of an Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper. 

This role will be 4 days in the office and 1 from home. 

What you will do as an Accounts Assistant:

  • Manage Creditors & Debtors Ledger
  • Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
  • Credit Control
  • Bank reconciliation
  • VAT return bi-monthly
  • Conduct fortnightly and Monthly Payroll for 150+ employees

What you will need for the job:

  • Experience working as an Accounts Assistant or Bookkeeper
  • IATI qualification(Desired)
  • Some payroll experience
