Job description

My SME client with offices in Cork and nationwide require an  Accounts Assistant with SAP experience

Key Responsibilities of the Role as an Accounts Assistant

  • Prepare Vat & Intrastat returns & filing with revenue
  • Keep Trader Support Services up to date
  • Manage Debit notes & ensure we receive credit notes for same
  • Processing receipts from daily cash sales & manage web sales
  • Nominal Ledger Reconciliations/Overhead analysis
  • Stock reports & posting stock journal’s

Qualifications,

  • An Accounting Technician or similar qualification would be desirable.
  • Must have experience/knowledge of SAP
  • Min 5 years experience in a similiar role as an Accounts Assistant
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of Excel and MS office suite.
