About Your New Job - Account Manager within Ecommerce

• Overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating internal resources, and collaborating with other teams to fulfill requests.
• Gaining expertise in ecommerce clients' business needs and their comprehensive eCommerce solution.
• Identifying and overseeing revenue growth opportunities to maximize sales.
• Leading and executing projects in collaboration with various departments.
• Spearheading successful promotional campaigns and new product launches.
• Adapting to the eCommerce Team's professional communication style for top-notch client interactions.
• Managing and resolving client concerns and escalations effectively.
• Providing insightful reports internally and externally, highlighting actionable insights.
• Facilitating knowledge sharing among Account Managers and Executives.

What Skills You Need for this Account Manager job within Ecommerce

• 2+ Years experience working within Ecommerce
• Experience managing clients, ideally within the enterprise space
