About the Role

We’re seeking an Account Manager (Customer Service) to join a dynamic lighting design and manufacturing team. You will be the first point of contact for clients across the UK, US, and Ireland—handling enquiries via email and phone, managing a shared inbox, and updating systems to support design and production. Structured training over six weeks ensures you’ll build deep expertise in our processes and offerings.

This role is well-suited to someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative team, values consistency in their work, and is looking to build long-term expertise in a client support environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Liaison: Respond to enquiries by email and phone (predominantly email-based)

  • Inbox Management: Maintain a busy shared inbox with a 2-hour response expectation

  • Cross-Team Coordination: Liaise daily with design and production teams to progress orders

  • System Updates: Keep CRM and Sage systems accurate and up to date

  • Field Support: Provide administrative support to a team of 8 field managers

  • Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding client service for commercial, architectural, and residential projects

Requirements

  • Proven administration or call-centre experience

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Confident verbal and written communication in English

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, detail-oriented role

  • Experience with CRM systems; Sage CRM is desirable but not essential
