About Your New Employer:

A world premier hospitality organisation is wanting a Service Support Supervisor to join their team in Cork.

This role offers a flexible work environment of your choosing within Ireland - i.e., remote, hybrid or office based.

This role is for someone with strong consistent experience in customer service ideally within an office or hospitality environment.

About Your New Job: 

  • Resolve escalated customer issues received through escalated calls and emails
  • Act as a resource for the Sales Teams to advise, to educate and resolve challenging issues
  • Deal with customers who have post sales and servicing challenges
  • Provide collaboration and support, and motivate the team
  • Work with management to establish training needs for the team
  • Answer questions from the team and assist them in locating the correct answers through the use of systems or enquiries
  • Handle all inbound calls and emails for Sales and Marketing

The Skills/Experience You Need:

  • Experienced background in customer service 
  • Strong knowledge of computer programs/applications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Top quality written and verbal communication skills
