Salary: €16.77 per hour (€34,000)

Location: College Park Business and Technology Park, Dublin 15

Role Type: Temporary Up until May 2023 (7 months)

                   Hybrid working, Tues/Wed/Thurs in the office. Mon and Fri work at home.

Duties Include:

  • Meeting Management - coordinating meetings for management and staff to include room bookings and set up, coordinating meeting invites and arranging catering
  • Managing and distribute incoming and outgoing post and deliveries, and arranging couriers
  • Administrative support to team - assisting with communications for Dublin site via email, creating and managing surveys using Survey Monkey
  • Facilitate, book and schedule site wide training initiatives as well as maintaining records of attendance
  • Meeting and greeting all clients and staff, answering phones and emails – managing and directing all inbound correspondence and queries
  • Managing stock of various office supplies and consumables
  • Knowledge of Concur travel and expense platform to provide support to Managers with travel/expenses

Skills Needed be the ideal candidate:

  • Previous administrative experience is desired
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills
  • A flexible and adaptable approach with the ability to work on various tasks and multitask
  • Knowledge of Share Point and Visio an advantage
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
