Payroll & Benefits Specialist | €45,000 |Westmeath

About your New Employer

About your New Job:

  • Ensuring the accurate and timely end to end processing of the monthly payroll
  • Accurately calculating and processing BIK deductions including VHI and for a significant sized Company fleet
  • Liaise with third party benefit and payroll system providers and address any queries that may arise (new)
  • Administering third party deductions, i.e., Pension, VHI, Social Welfare, BIK, LPT
  • Completing control checks prior to transmitting the final monthly payment to the bank
  • Liaise with the Finance Department to ensure payroll accruals are accurate
  • Managing the payroll email inbox and address all payroll and benefit related queries in a timely manner
  • Prepare and compile specialised payroll reports
  • Keep up to date with Revenue online services i.e., RPN’s and payroll

What Skills You Need:

  • 1 years’ experience in a similar role
