About Your New Job – Your job duties:

  • Managing group payrolls including review and sign off.
  • Managing staff working in the Payroll Department 3 to 4 team members.
  • Managing Outsource Partner and ensuring smooth interaction with payroll staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures and local regulations.
  • Ensuring that pay and entitlements are paid in accordance with agreed terms and conditions.

What Skills You Need

  • IPASS Qualified
  • At least 4 years experience in a similiar Team Lead role.
  • Irish and European payroll knowledge and experience.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
