Our client, a national union-based group have a new exciting permanent role as an administrative assistant supporting the contract department in Rathfarnham.

As the administrator for this job, you will need to use your fantastic communication, organisation and overall amazing administrative skills to help aid this growing dynamic team while reporting to the heads of contract.

Salary: €35k

Location: Rathfarnham (Office Based)

Role Type: Permanent (Monday – Friday)

Duties:

  • Support the team with various administrative duties such as diary scheduling and maintenance and other administrative tasks
  • Monitoring the mailbox and assisting the contract administrator with daily communication and queries
  • Planning and managing travel when needed
  • Meeting coordination and management as well as taking minutes in meetings
  • Maintaining reports and keeping presentations up to date
  • Monitoring and recording financials such as expenses
  • Implementing and being an advocate for our clients’ corporate strategies and assisting in developing them overall.

Skills: 

  • Great communication and people skills while being trustworthy and discreet while dealing with confidential client information.
  • Excellent IT, analytical and organisational skills with proficiency in Microsoft office applications.
  • Competent in minute taking and typing
  • Previous experience is desirable
