Human Resource Generalist

About Your New Employer

An exciting opportunity for a Human Resource Generalist to join the HR Department of a busy private hospital on a permanent basis - this role is fully on-site 5 days a week


About Your New Job

  • General administration duties, photocopying, filing, updating databases and HR policies
  • Provide recruitment, selection, and induction support as and when required
  • Administration of staff sick leave and administration of payroll events
  • Maintain staff personnel files
  • Provide support for the development of the Annual Training Plan, assessment of training needs, compilation of training database and implementation of programme as required
  • Communicate with HR Service users
  • Assist in employee relation issues


What Skills You Need

  • CIPD Membership + Third level qualification in HR
  • 3 – 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Knowledge of grievance and disciplinary procedures with update knowledge of employment law is essential
  • Experience of HR databases, Microsoft packages
