About Your New Employer

My client is a global Asset Servicer, who provides investment management, processing and operations solutions. They are well-established globally and their Irish presence is continuously growing. 

About Your New Job:

  • To manage and co-ordinate all aspects of the Outsourced Service Provider (“OSP”) for the Investor and Client AML/KYC functions.
  • To assist TA team with the management of the many system changes and projects.
  • Provide assistance to the Head of Transfer Agency, if and when required


What you’re Responsible for:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the Irish AML team.
  • Primary contact for the OSP ensuring that all Irish Regulation and the Irish AML Matrix for Clients and Investors KYC are being adhered to.
  • Act as an escalation point for the OSP.
  • Define, collate and report KPIs and KRIs of the OSP activity and escalate any material points to Internal Governance Committees in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a permanent control plan for AML to cover oversight of the OSP.
  • Production of MI Reports for the Outsourcing Committee, Senior Management and Board of CIL on a monthly/quarterly basis and any produce ad-hoc reporting as required.
  • Manage client relationships from an AML perspective
  • Review AML policies and procedures at least annually
  • Ensure that any updates to the AML policy and procedures are properly implemented and maintained by the OSP.
  • Keep up to date with changes in the legal and regulatory environment as it relates to AML.
  • Review and ensure timely delivery of the AML component of client administration/board reports and MLRO reports.
  • Participate in Board Meetings, MLRO and Client Meetings.
  • Chair the local AML Committee, and ensure that Minutes and Actions plans documented and followed up

 Required Experience:


  • Professional Qualification in Compliance (Professional Diploma in Compliance) desired.
  • A minimum of five years’ experience within the AML function of a Fund Services company.
  • Proven experience in managing a team.
  • Experience in oversight of an OSP.
  • Detailed understanding of the Know Your Customer and Customer Due Diligence requirements and regulation.
