Sigmar are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Bray, Co. Wicklow who are seeking a skilled receptionist. They are eager for someone to join the team who can be front of house and provide excellent administration skills and support.
Salary: €30-€35k DOE
Location: Bray, Co. Wicklow
As a Receptionist your duties will include:
- Responding to all queries via phone, email as well as transferring calls to others
- Coordinate meeting rooms and greet guests upon arrival
- Provide administrative support to the extended team
- Carry out the Garda Vetting process when necessary
- Manage deliveries, sorting mail and arranging collections with couriers
- Provide support with organising events and other functions
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working within an administration role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to multitask as well as work as part of a team
