IT Helpdesk Technician / Dublin North /  €35,000 / Fixed-term contract

About Your New Role

  • You will be providing daily technical support for end-users, including software and hardware
  • You will be troubleshooting end user issues and providing assistance with their queries
  • You will log and prioritise tickets and calls to the IT helpdesk
  • You will be maintaining and supporting the in-house audio-video equipment
  • You will be setting up PCs, laptops and mobile devices for all new users
  • You will provide support at external sports events as required
  • You will be responsible for dealing with 3rd party service suppliers
  • Ensuring adherence relating to internal policies and processes where required 

What Skills You Need

  • 2 years' relevant experience in a similar role
  • Experience with MS Windows 7/10, MacOS, iOS and Android Systems
  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange
  • Network knowledge and basic experience
