About Your New Role

  • As Facilitiy Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the Contract and facility which includes understanding the full scope of the contract and ensuring that it is being delivered in a cost-effective way for the client and company
  • You will be responsible for Business Development within the contract which will require you to implement business and process improvements into all areas.
  • Your new role will require you to sell additional services and continue the growth of the contract through networking and innovation.
  • You will be responsible for all aspects of financial reporting including budgeting, SAP reports and expenditure control. You will be expected to present regular reports to the client and company
  • You will oversee all aspects of Health & Safety, Security, Cleanliness and General Maintenance under the contract and ensure that all aspects are always running up to company standards and regulations
  • You will require excellent people management skills for this role as you will be expected to establish and effectively lead a well-organized, highly capable team who will deliver against strategic growth objectives.
  • You must ensure that all HR procedures are followed accordingly and that any issues are dealt with in accordance with company policy.

 

What Skills You Need

  • Exceptional Client Relationship skills
  • Experienced working in a fast-paced outsourcing environment
  • Proven financial and business acumen with commercial experience
  • Ideally, you will have experience managing within a GMP environment
  • The ability to develop commercially viable business solutions based on the clients needs and be able to price those products/services accordingly.
