Accounts Assistant- Galway- 6 month contract

About Your New Job

  • As an Accounts Assistant you will be processing the purchase invoices.
  • The job involves preparing bank reconciliations.
  • The Accounts Assistant role will include issuing monthly statements.
  • As part of the job, you will be matching GRN’s to invoices.
  • You will be responsible for raising purchase orders and following up on them.
  • In the job you will update a catalogue of products and update prices. 
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable.
  • 6 month contract.

 

What Skills You Need

  • Degree in Accountancy
  • Minimum 2 years PQE work experience in an accounting job
  • Strong communication skills
