IT Field Service Engineer / Permanent / €55,000(DOE) / Dublin / On-site

About Your New Role

  • You will be escalating action tickets
  • You will mentor helpdesk engineers
  • You will be travelling to site as part of the call escalation policy
  • You will ensure SLAs are upheld
  • You will be carrying out preventative maintenance days on customer sites
  • You will assist team members in project work

What Skills You Need

  • At least 2 years' experience in a helpdesk/field engineer role
  • Experience with Microsoft products, Windows Server, Office 365, Firewalls, Networking, MS Azure
  • Experience working in projects
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full clean drivers' license
