We are recruiting for great Customer Service Agents for our client in their Dublin location. Our client are a global wealth management and Investment company. This is a great opportunity for customer service agents to further their career in finance and develop their personal skills.

Customer Service Agent Key Accountabilities:

  • Communicate with customers via a variety of channels, including phone calls, emails and letters - understanding their needs and providing solutions accordingly.
  • Customer service agents will be responsible for every customer interaction to ensure that issues and enquiries are resolved to both the customer and the business's satisfaction.
  • Utilise information available to gather answers to enquiries and provide feedback on gaps to improve sources for other associates.
  • Perform administration tasks on behalf of the customer (transaction requests, account amendments).
  • Manage customer complaints to a quick resolution, or escalate if necessary.
  • Support the business by driving desired customer behaviours & digital solutions where possible.
  • Explain products & services as well as provide guidance on tools and sources of information to empower customers to self-serve.
  • Obtain accurate details of interactions to be able to analyze & improve the contact drivers and opportunities.

Customer Service Agent Skills & Experience:

  • Work experience in a Customer Services environment preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Experience of working in a regulated environment preferred.
  • Proactive approach to finding information and offering improvement for others.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactive team player with a desire to improve knowledge across the department.
  • Ensure all inputting of information is accurate, good attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally or in writing, flexing approach to provide a service tailored to the customer.
