Our client based in East Cork is looking for an accounts assistant for a permanent position.
Main duties in this role of accounts assistant will include:
- Posting Purchase Invoices/ensuring they match with delivery dockets and PO’s. ·
- Prepare /manage monthly purchase Invoices for payment/full end to end process.
- Process employee expenses ·
- Bank reconciliations ·
- Cash flow analysis
- Forwarding end of month statements. ·
- Dealing with account queries. ·
What skills you need
- Part qualified accountant
- Min 4 years experience
- Ideally coming from a manufacturing environment
- PC Competent notably on EXCEL
