Accounts Assistant

Job description

Our client based in East Cork is looking for an accounts assistant for a permanent position.

Main duties in this role of accounts assistant will include:

  • Posting Purchase Invoices/ensuring they match with delivery dockets and PO’s. ·
  • Prepare /manage monthly purchase Invoices for payment/full end to end process.
  • Process employee expenses ·
  • Bank reconciliations ·
  • Cash flow analysis
  • Forwarding end of month statements. ·
  • Dealing with account queries. ·

What skills you need

  • Part qualified accountant
  • Min 4 years experience
  • Ideally coming from a manufacturing environment
  • PC Competent notably on EXCEL
