Job description

We are working with a leading international SaaS company that is currently expanding its onboarding and implementation team. This is a permanent role with a brand leader who have won many awards in a short space of time and are known as an employer of choice within their sector. The role can also be worked fully remotely.  

Primary Duties

  • Successful transition of clients to the companies SaaS platform
  • Act as an SME in all areas related to on-boarding and implementations across the business
  • Provide On-going relationship management support to premier clients

Requirements

  • Experience of on boarding or implementations in a SaaS environment or similar
  • Highly organised and structured approach to work
  • Excellent relationship management skills

On Offer

  • The client will provide a good salary of €55,000 - €65,000
