About Your New Job

  • You will Make decisions on what course of action needs to be taken to ensure correct information is displayed.
  • you will call/email daily working closely with BtoB customers in the Dutch market.
  • You will Make a substantial amount of outbound phone calls contacting clients in a courteous, professional and efficient manner.
  • You will Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data.

What Skills You Need

  • Fluent in Dutch
  • some experience in a customer service or content review position in a process-driven environment.
