About Your New Job

  • Provide a high level of administrative support to the staff based in the office and manage all aspects of administration
  • Working on Excel daily - doing look ups and dealing with reports
  • Dealing with clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Data entry of client information and pricing
  • Maintain files on all projects to include the contract, all correspondence, changes, amendments, clarifications and payment schedules
  • General Administration procedures including photocopying, scanning, filing, basic excel work, etc.
  • All other ad hoc duties reasonably required and in line with reasonable expectations for the role.

What Skills You Need

  • Highly knowledgeable regarding Excel
  • Proactive and energetic individual
  • Capable of multi-tasking and working to agreed timelines
  • Willingness to learn
  • Excellent keyboard skills with proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills – required to interact with a variety of personnel at all levels
  • Proficient in data entry and management
